TOP CHEFS cook with butter

February 6th to February 4th, 2013

After a great first success in 2012, serving 20,000 people, the Top Chef pop-up restaurant is back at Alcazar in Paris (from 6 February to 14 May 2013) with a select partner: butter. What better way for fans to experience M6 TV’s star cookery show? Every three weeks, Top Chef candidates will create a menu including a butter-based recipe. For these first few weeks, the young and talented Ruben Sarfait is offering a recipe entitled “Pink Spanish Feather, an assortment of root vegetables, sliced and served with a knob of butter”. Butter with Guérande sea salt is also served as an appetiser to every guest while the pop-up restaurant is open.
