APPLE AND PINEAPPLE RAITA

ingredients

2 plain yoghurts
1 small onion
1 small Granny Smith apple
2 slices fresh pineapple
1 piece green chilli
1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
Salt

method

Cut the pineapple slices into small cubes.
Peel and chop the onion.
Peel and dice the apple finely. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and mix well with the chilli and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled.
