Coumba Diop


500 g fromage blanc packed in its own strainer
400 ml single cream
400 ml unsweetened condensed milk
Juice of 1 lime
½ lime, sliced
4 sachets vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon orange-flower water
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Caster sugar to taste


Strain the fromage blanc and place in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Stir in the cream and condensed milk, then the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, orange-flower water and nutmeg.
Add sugar to taste. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serve in large glasses with 2 ice cubes in each.
Decorate with a lime slice on the rim.
