AVOCADO MOUSSE WITH CHORIZO

ingredients

100 ml milk
1 avocado
Juice of ½ lemon
½ clove garlic, crushed
Chorizo sausage
Salt and freshly ground pepper

method

Blend the avocado in the milk. The texture should be neither too runny nor too thick. Add the lemon juice and garlic.
Add salt and pepper.
Cut rounds of chorizo. Sauté then grill in a frying pan.
Present the avocado mousse in a small glass, topped with a chorizo slice.
