Where now for dairy products? To answer this question, 10 professional designers and art students were brought together by Claire Fayolle for the Future Milk exhibition.
Among the original ideas developed specially for the occasion, some offer new ways of consuming dairy products (new content, gestures, associations of flavours, places, recipes, etc.). Others focus on milk as a material, reinstating Galalith (milk stone), exploring milk fibre or imagining a new 100% hydrosoluble polymer or natural ink.
The rich diversity of proposals in this exhibition serve as an invitation to venture off the beaten track and take a fresh look at this material essential to our everyday lives.
