Isabelle Rozenbaum quickly fell in love with culinary art and made gastronomy her purpose in life. While she travels the world immortalising precious moments and capturing culinary trends, she also stops off at the kitchens of leading chefs and mothers. Isabelle Rozenbaum has contributed to many food and cookery books, ranging from Guy Martin’s recipes to the ‘La cuisine de ma mère’ (‘My Mother’s Cooking’) collection, not forgetting her precious collaboration with Beena Paradin on Indian cuisine. To round off her achievements, Isabelle also teaches classes on food photography.
